The Story of Jana Iger<\/h2>

I am Jana Iger<\/strong> \u2014 creator of the Integrity Method, founder of the School and the year-long course of the same name, “Integrity.” As a practitioner, mentor, and author, I guide people in the areas of healthy lifestyle, conscious nutrition, and profound inner transformation. My journey began in early childhood, when I already sensed the depth of human nature, perceived the inner states of others with sensitivity, and sought a holistic understanding of life. Experience, observation, practice, and a journey spanning over 25 years<\/strong> From a young age, I intuitively sensed that a person is not a construct of separate parts, but a holistic system in which body, emotions, mind, health, and inner well-being are inseparably interwoven. My own life path was shaped by early losses, illnesses within my family, caring for my loved ones, and deep observation of how people deal with pain, fear, healing, and regeneration. These very experiences led me to search for answers about health, inner strength, purification, emotional balance, and the true nature of humanity. Over time, this journey formed my unique, copyrighted approach \u2014 a subtle symbiosis of self-knowledge, spiritual depth, practical work, and a truly individual perspective on each person. <\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n
