Please pay it within two weeks, stating the invoice number. A bank transfer alone does not count as registration, as it cannot be allocated.  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>For last-minute bookings, please call us regarding payment<\/strong>!<\/p>\n\n<p>\u200b\u200b<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>1. Prices<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>\u200b<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The respective price for an event is stated. Please ask about special conditions, e.g. for couples, etc. The course fees include the currently applicable VAT.  <\/p>\n\n<p>\u200b<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>2. Cancellation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>\u200b<\/p>\n\n<p>If you cancel in writing up to 7 days before the course, the full course fee is due; up to 14 days before, half the course fee is due, plus a cancellation\/rescheduling fee of \u20ac45.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u200b<\/p>\n\n<p>If you cancel after that, the full course fee is due\u2014unless you provide a replacement participant. If desired, the course fee may be credited towards booking a subsequent course.<br\/>Information on the right of withdrawal, item 3. <\/p>\n\n<p>\u200b<\/p>\n\n<p>If you do not show up or leave the event early, the full course fee is also due. If an event has to be cancelled for reasons for which we are responsible, payments made will be refunded in full. No further claims apply.  <\/p>\n\n<p>\u200b<\/p>\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.reiseversicherung.de\/vrv\/partner\/ep-Assistent.html?\/ctrl\/state=sem-start&amp;\/data\/agent\/hagtnr=027530&amp;\/data\/agent\/nagtnr=000000\">We therefore recommend taking out course cancellation insurance!<\/a><\/p>\n\n<p>\u200b<\/p>\n\n<p>\u200b\u200b<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>3. Withdrawal policy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>\u200b<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Right of withdrawal for distance contracts (Sections 246 EGBGB, 312g BGB)<\/p>\n\n<p>\u200b<\/p>\n\n<p>If you booked your event with us exclusively using distance communication (e.g. letter, fax, email), you may withdraw your contractual declaration in text form (e.g. letter, fax, email) within 14 days without stating reasons.<\/p>\n\n<p>The period begins upon receipt of this notice in text form.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u200b<\/p>\n\n<p>To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal in time.<\/p>\n\n<p>In the event of an effective withdrawal, the services received by both parties must be returned. Changes and cancellation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>\u200b<\/p>\n\n<p>The information in the event announcements reflects the current status\u2014we reserve the right to make programme changes. If a seminar is underbooked, we reserve the right to shorten the overall duration of the event while keeping the content unchanged. In this case, participants have a special right of termination. If an event cannot take place for special reasons, we will inform you immediately. Payments made will of course be refunded.    <\/p>\n\n<p>\u200b<\/p>\n\n<p>The website is constantly updated\u2014important news is highlighted here accordingly! Of course, we inform all registered participants about changes\u2014so please always leave us your phone or fax number as well as an email address for feedback. <\/p>\n\n<p>\u200b<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>5. The organiser is not liable for damage to property or health. They undertake to follow all instructions we provide.
