Cancellation Policy for Course Bookings

​​​Consumer’s Right of Withdrawal

(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor independent professional activity.)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (UAB “Yana Iger”, fragen@janaiger.com) by means of a clear declaration via email of your decision to withdraw from this contract. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you booked your event with us exclusively using distance communication methods (e.g., letter, fax, email), you can withdraw your contract declaration within 14 days without giving reasons in text form (e.g., letter, fax, email). The period begins after receipt of this instruction in text form.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal notice in time. Please note that the processing fee of 45 Euros must be reimbursed to us.

In the event of an effective withdrawal, the services received by both parties must be returned. Obligations to refund payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you with the dispatch of your withdrawal declaration, and for us with its receipt.

For a service, your right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have started to perform the service with your express consent before the end of the withdrawal period, or if you have initiated it yourself.
