Privacy and Data Protection
(Numerology, Psychology, Meta-Level Explanations, Training & Fasting)
1. Course Framework, Duration, Rates and Scope of Services
The seminar group is offered as an annual course. There are three rates with different price categories and potentially different scopes of services (e.g., number of live sessions, support, additional materials, Q&A, recordings, etc.). The rate descriptions and prices communicated at the time of booking are binding.
· Rate 1 (Bronze):
· Rate 2 (Silver):
· Rate 3 (Gold):
Access to course materials (digital materials in video, audio, and document format) is available year-round for the duration of the annual course (subject to technical availability and compliance with participation and payment terms).
2. Purpose and Nature of the Training
The training sessions serve to impart knowledge, reflection, and personal development in the areas of numerology, psychological models/approaches (in the sense of education/training), meta-level explanations, and fasting as an accompanying group practice for self-experience and reflection. The content is to be understood as inspiration and learning material.
The offering does not constitute medical, psychotherapeutic, healing, or diagnostic advice/treatment and does not replace such services. Fasting is not offered as a medical or therapeutic measure, but as a voluntary practice within the group.
3. Self-Responsible Participation
Participation is voluntary and self-responsible. Each participant confirms that they personally assess whether they are physically, mentally, and emotionally capable of participating in the training sessions and group practice.
In case of existing complaints, acute crises, or uncertainties, it is recommended to independently seek appropriate professional advice (e.g., doctor, psychotherapist, counseling center). This applies especially in cases of pre-existing conditions, psychological stress, eating disorders (including in the past), pregnancy/breastfeeding, underweight, metabolic disorders (e.g., diabetes), cardiovascular diseases, medication use, or other health risks.
Each participant commits to paying attention to warning signals from the body (e.g., dizziness, circulatory problems, severe weakness, rapid heartbeat, confusion) and to reduce or discontinue participation in exercises/practices if necessary, and to seek medical help if needed.
4. No Guarantee of Success / No Binding Commitments
No healing promises or guarantees of success are made. The content, exercises, and examples provided do not replace individual diagnosis or treatment and are not intended as binding instructions for health, legal, or financial decisions.
5. Limitation of Liability
The instructor is not liable—to the extent legally permissible—for damages, disadvantages, or consequential damages arising from participation or from the application of the content and methods. Liability is excluded except in cases of intentional or grossly negligent conduct by the instructor.
No liability is assumed for events and circumstances that lie outside the instructor’s area of responsibility or for which the instructor is not responsible.
6. Use of Materials, Working with Content, and Copyright Notice (Attribution Requirement)
The content and materials provided in the annual course are protected by copyright. Participants may use and work with the course content and materials for their own learning and practice purposes during the annual course.
If participants decide to become active in this subject area themselves after the course (or in parallel) and use the concept, procedures, methods, materials, content, or formulations from the course in whole or in part as a basis/component of their activities or build upon them, they must appropriately indicate that the underlying concept/material originates from the author (instructor) (e.g., “Concept/methodology by Jana Iger, author/instructor of the seminar group” or an equivalent notice).
Without prior express consent from the instructor, the following is not permitted:
- distribution, publication, sale, or public disclosure of course materials (even in excerpts) to third parties,
- sharing of access/accounts,
- using original materials as “own” materials without indicating authorship.
7. Independent Application and Activity After the Training Sessions
The instructor assumes no responsibility or liability for actions, decisions, or activities that participants independently carry out after the training sessions based on the content provided (e.g., coaching, consulting, training, offerings to third parties—private or commercial). Each participant acts self-responsibly and bears responsibility for compliance with any applicable legal frameworks, disclosure requirements, and standards of care.
8. Conduct Within the Group / Mutual Responsibility
The instructor assumes no liability for the conduct of individual participants toward one another. Each participant is personally responsible for their behavior, communication, and respectful interaction. Mindful interaction with one another is expected; in particular, pressure, persuasion, or boundary violations toward other participants must be avoided.
9. Severability Clause
Should individual provisions of this agreement be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
