Free events and paid practical seminars with Jana Iger
October–November 2026
In autumn, a series of events and seminars with Jana Iger will take place in Auerbach. These are live on-site events in which work is carried out with the Integrity method and digital coding. You can meet Jana in person, learn more about her approach, and explore important areas of your life in greater depth.
The free events offer a gentle introduction to the respective topic and to the method. In the paid practical seminars, deeper work takes place – with questions, reflection, practices, and meditations.
The programme includes three thematic areas:
• Health and talents;
• Realisation and relationships;
• Ancestors and mission.

Health and Talents
Health and Talents
Your body has long been showing you what you are ready for. And your talents are already within you.
October 30, 2026,
7:00–8:00 PM
Auerbach, Germany
In this live event, we will use the Integrity method to talk about the connection between your body, your inner resources, and your talents.
You can pay attention to your body’s signals, recognise your strengths, and understand which abilities are already ready to unfold. Often, it is the body that shows first where you are living in alignment with yourself and where you are suppressing your needs and natural gifts.
At the event, we will talk about how the state of your body is connected to your inner resources, what your body can tell you about your talents, why it is important to perceive your own signals, and in which direction you can unfold your potential.
If you have long wanted to meet me in person, see how I work, and experience my approach live, this event gives you the opportunity to do so. It will be a gentle but important introduction to the Integrity method and digital coding.
Format: free live event
Date and time: October 30, 2026, 7:00–8:00 PM

Realisation and Relationships
Realisation and Relationships
Why relationships influence money – and money reveals the truth about relationships.
November 6 2026,
7:00–8:00 PM
Auerbach, Germany
In this free live event, we will use the Integrity method to talk about the connection between relationships, money, and realisation.
You can look at how your relationship with yourself and with other people influences your presence, your financial situation, and your ability to take your place in life. Sometimes, it is precisely here that what is actually preventing a person from moving forward becomes visible.
At the event, we will look at why relationships influence realisation, how money makes your relationship with yourself and others visible, why it can sometimes be difficult to show yourself, how sexuality, energy, and money are connected, and what your basic energies can tell you about your way of realisation.
It will be a live event where you can experience my language, my approach, and the topic itself from the inside out. If you have long wanted to meet me in person, this event is a good opportunity to do so.
Format: free live event
Date and time: November 6, 2026, 7:00–8:00 PM

Ancestors and mission
VAncestors and mission
Your roots determine the strength of your path. And your mission is connected to what has been within you from the very beginning.
November 27 2026,
7:00–8:00 PM
Auerbach, Germany
In this free live event, we will use the Integrity method to talk about the connection between your ancestors, your inner support, and your mission.
You can look at your relationship with your mother and your father, recognise how themes of your origin are reflected in your life, and understand why it can sometimes be difficult to sense your own direction. When a person does not feel inner support, it is difficult for them to hear themselves and go their own way.
At the event, we will talk about why it is important to feel your own roots, how relationships with mother and father influence life force, why themes of origin can be reflected in the body and in nutrition, and how origin and destiny are connected.
If you have long wanted to meet me in person and experience how I work with the Integrity method and digital coding, this event will help you take the first step.
